Retention Period

Personal Information We Collect Directly From Site Users
We retain personal data for up to five (5) years, unless the individual requests deletion of their data earlier. This retention period enables us to:

  • Reassess candidates or contractors for future roles or projects.
  • Maintain records for compliance with legal obligations.
  • Maintain records for client inquiries.

Job applicants, contractors, vendors, advisors, and consultants have the following rights under applicable laws:

  • Deletion: Request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal or operational requirements.
