Complete an Interview with Erud AI.
After you've expressed interest via our AI Trainer General Interest Form, an Erud AI employee will contact you for an interview. You'll receive an information packet prior to your interview to understand how to prepare effectively.
Complete a skills assessment exam.
After successfully passing your interview, you will be invited to work on projects that match your skillset. Prior to project placement, you will be given a skills assessment to ensure your expertise aligns with the project requirments.
Work on projects with us.
You'll be placed on projects after passing an interview and skills assessment. As you work with us successfully, you'll be added to a pool of trusted AI Trainers that have first choice in selecting projects to work on.
